Privacy Policy

• Contact and order information, including name, email, phone number, shipping address, purchased items, totals, and order status
• Information included in procurement, partner, support, return, or damaged-order inquiries
• An email address and subscription source when you separately opt in to marketing messages
• Technical information used for security and abuse prevention, such as an IP address, request records, and short-lived rate-limit identifiers
• Cart contents stored in your browser's local storage and checkout details or transaction state stored temporarily in session storage

Payment details are entered into Stripe or Helcim payment interfaces. Kroc's Kollectibles does not receive or store your full payment card number.

• Process payment, fulfill, ship, and support orders
• Send confirmations, tracking, service, safety, or recall information
• Respond to procurement, partner, return, and support requests
• Maintain inventory, transaction, accounting, and dispute records
• Prevent abuse, duplicate transactions, fraud, and security incidents
• Send marketing only after a separate affirmative opt-in and provide a way to unsubscribe

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for vendors to provide services on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services for hosting, databases, logs, and transactional email
• Stripe or Helcim for payment processing and payment verification
• Shipping carriers for label creation, transport, tracking, and claims
• MailerLite only when marketing subscriptions are enabled and you expressly opt in
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud or harm

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics services on the storefront.

The storefront uses local storage to remember your cart and session storage to preserve checkout details and payment or confirmation state during the current browser session. These technologies support requested shopping features; they are not used for cross-site advertising. Clearing browser data may remove the saved cart or interrupt checkout.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and other legitimate business purposes. Subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe or deletion is otherwise appropriate. Rate-limit records expire automatically after their short protection window.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We are not currently sending marketing messages. If you have opted in, your address is held for that purpose but no marketing email is being sent at this time. When marketing messaging begins, every marketing email will carry an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional messages about an order may still be sent.

You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for lawful purposes.

This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Purchases by minors must be made with a parent or legal guardian.
