Terms of Service

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live to place an order. A minor may use the storefront only with a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.

We describe products and condition in good faith using the information and images available to us. Product photos form part of the listing. Screen settings, lighting, packaging variation, and normal manufacturing variation may affect appearance.

Third-party grading labels and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship of Kroc's Kollectibles. Contact us before purchase if a listing detail is important and unclear.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before purchase.
• Shipping and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.
• Inventory may be limited, unique, consigned, or sold through another channel.
• An automated confirmation acknowledges the request but does not prevent us from cancelling an order for unavailable inventory, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal necessity.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout, currently Stripe or Helcim. You authorize the displayed total when submitting payment. We do not store your full card number. Payment-provider terms and privacy practices also apply to their services.

Our Shipping Policy explains the $7.99 rate, service area, tracking, rotating fulfillment schedule, and delay handling. Our Return Policy explains eligibility, factory-seal requirements, final-sale categories, claims, refunds, and pre-shipment cancellations. Those policies are part of these Terms.

The site design, original text, graphics, and Kroc's Kollectibles branding may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission, except where law allows. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Payment providers, carriers, and external links are independently operated. We are responsible for our own obligations but do not control the availability or operation of independent third-party services.

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures, or third-party outages may interrupt it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use or unavailability of the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility or limits customer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.

Colorado law governs these Terms, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the last-updated date. The version shown when an order is placed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
