Return Policy

Factory-sealed merchandise and unused accessories may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, but only with prior authorization from Kroc's Kollectibles.

All original manufacturer seals, shrink wrap, tamper-evident labels, and packaging must remain completely intact. Packaging that is torn, punctured, cut, loosened, rewrapped, or otherwise altered is considered opened and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

The following are final sale unless they arrive incorrect, damaged in transit, or materially different from the listing:

• Individual cards and other collectible singles
• Professionally graded cards or collectibles
• Opened products or products with compromised factory packaging
• Live-auction or live-stream purchases
• Consignment items

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, product packaging, shipping box, shipping label, and any damage. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy at our expense, such as a replacement when available or a refund to the original payment method, including applicable shipping charges. We may provide a prepaid return label when the item must be returned.

• Email support@krocskollectibles.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
• Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything.
• Package the approved item securely and return it with tracking by the deadline in the authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Please do not send a return to an address found elsewhere without written instructions from us.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage and the original $7.99 shipping charge is nonrefundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We inspect returned merchandise before approving the refund. Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

You may request a full cancellation refund any time before the carrier accepts the shipment. Once an order has shipped, this Return Policy applies.

If we cannot ship within the time represented at checkout, we will notify you and provide any delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by law. Final-sale terms do not limit those rights. See our Shipping Policy.
